DIY Landlord - Blog is currently in hibernation mode while author is studying how to improve the blog

Been on a very long hiatus at the moment. At first when I first started out blogging, I aimed for 1 blog article per day. Well initially I did manage to do it for the 1st week but after a while I found that it was too taxing on my time. I did it over my lunch break of only 1 hour. After having some articles the traffic was also still negligible. So I have decided to temporary take a step back and review what I can do to improve this blog.

Well be back when I have achieved enlightenment !
