My friend's newly bought double storey house under renovation in Damansara Jaya.
Basically he bought it from the secondary market at 1.4 million, tore down the whole place and rebuilt it again using modern architectural design. Previously it was a 20 year old house with outdated architecture.
He told me the renovation cost was around RM400K
