CCC stands for Certificate of Completion and Compliance
It is to certify that a building (eg condominium) is fit for staying. It replaces CF (Certificate of fitness).
Once a building is completed, the developer will issue a VP (Vacant possession), subsequently CCC will be issued by the Town council (Majlis Perbandaran). The CCC could take months after the VP is issue depending on many factors.
