My ex-tenant was a student and not only prompt in rental payments, she also took care of the place well and made the place smelt good.
I found that she was using this air fresher dispenser in the unit. It just needs 2 AA batteries. The refills can use branded ones like Glades or Jade (not so branded). The dispenser will periodically dispense the air fresher scent into the environment.
Something I learn today which I can use in my future viewings for tenants. I probably can put those air fresheners in high end units (maybe low end also).
I believe if we can engage a potential tenant 3 senses (sight, touch and smell) we have a huge advantage to get tenants.
