Changing the ironing board cover

So the tenant left this beaten up looking ironing board in the house. The metal legs and stand were still in excellent condition, no rust or peeling on the paint. Only the cloth on the board was worn out.

I head to MrDIY stores and bought the most colorful and bright colored ironing board cover. Struggled a bit on how to install it as I thought needed to use a nail gun to nail the cover to the board. Check again on Youtube and found that the correct way is just to align the ironing board cover and then pull the 2 strings to tighten the cover on the board, the cover will tightened up and fit nicely into the board.

In the end, I got a brand new looking ironing board that can be passed on to the next tenant to use.
