This year's AGM gift for UOA REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) is measly RM 25 (5 pieces of RM5) shopping voucher for use in Bangsar Nexis shopping Mall. I understand that every year also is this amount. The AGM was held at Connexion Conference & Event Centre (CCEC).
I bought this REIT years ago because I found that their properties were all near rail lines like LRT and MRT.
Today, the price has slumped a bit because of Office space oversupply.
