Not to show off but this year 2019 is the year I intent to do at least 12 runs (5KM-10KMs). Eventual goal is to be able to run until 20KM kind. I've not been in a fit condition for the past few years so decided to make this new year's resolution.
For the more famous runs, I'll be attending PJ Half Marathon and Penang Bridge Marathon.
Some friends have asked me to do cross trail but so these events are quite rare so at the moment I'm focusing on these simple fun runs first.
