Decided to take MRT to Sunway Velocity for an appointment. I was told it was within walking distance.
Take any MRT line1 stations, step out of Maluri MRT station. There's a signboard at the MRT station with an arrow to Sunway Velocity. Maluri MRT is an underground station.
Walk out and follow the covered walkway.
The walkway has got signs to Sunway Velocity Shopping Mall.
In fact, Sunway Velocity can bee seen from the walkway. Only complain is the walkway is a tad too narrow but this is common in Malaysia.

At the end of the covered walkway, there is an escalator (wow) leading to the pedestrian bridge towards Sunway Velocity Shopping Mall.

Follow the sign board and take escalator and emerge opposite Aeon Maluri.
Can't helped notice the residential houses next to the covered walkway are converted to commercial business. Most of the businesses seem to be China chinese type of restaurant. There's a modern barber shop also.
Real Estate gurus ask people to follow the infrastructure. This is the kind of infrastructure that will make the place more vibrant.
I think properties/real estate around here is going to prosper.
