I attended an Australia property talk yesterday and was informed that surprisingly while the Ringgit is quite low against the mighty US dollar (USD) , it is apparently on at 2 year high against the Australian Dollar (AUD).
For 5 year chart, the price did go lower.
I will be continue to monitor the situation and purchase AUD for my next trip to Australia.
