Gary V recently mentioned this and I decided to post it here. People keep worrying about AI (Artificial Intelligence) replacing human jobs but actually it is the average jobs and people that AI is going to replace.

The people of the future cannot be average if not they will be left out. Being average suck and kills. Jobs of the future are not for the average, they are for the extraordinary by today's standards.
