Got a bunch of these hooks called D rings. these D rings are used to nail into the back of an artwork. Put 2 on each side of a painting and pull a wire across and you got a ready to hang artwork already.
I need to use 2 screw driver heads to do this, the 1st head is a sharp to spear an initial hole for the 2nd philips (plus) head to go through.
