Sometimes, when the sales brochure says pool view, it is not necessary what it seems especially if the pool is a rectangle shape with olympic size proportions.
I visited a friend's unit at Seri Kembangan and found the so called pool view is very limited, from the window pane the pool was barely visible at all.
On the other hand, the build quality and provided furnishing (kitchen cabinet, wardrobe) were really top notch. The unit also did not face the morning sun direction so it was quite breezy and cooling.
