This place is located just opposite Mah Sing's D'sara residences. Similar to D'sara, there is a direct link bridge to MRT Kampong Selamat Sungai Buluh station. It is much nearer than D'sara to the MRT station. MRT Kampong Selamat station is the last station before the Sungai Buluh depot on the MRT line 1.
Being a tech guy, this place sounds like SQL (database) and a lot of people think it's pronounced as S-Q-where. The developer Selangor Dredging's site say it should be pronounced as 'square'.
Design is quite industrial and have some sort of corporate look. The units are basically office units as they have commercial titles.
There's 2 unique sculptures in the middle of the courtyard. Surrounding the courtyard are the retail units.
The direct access to Kampong Selamat MRT still remains closed. I walked around D'sara residences and talked with a few people moving about from MRT and discovered they are from Segi College at Kota Damansara.
Design within the place looks very contemporary, combining classic design elements with modern design.
