Basically how it works is you open an account, start listing your properties for rent.

SpeedHome is aiming to be a one stop solution to busy landlords by trying to make it hassle free for owners. Their services includes :

viewings, key handling
agreement and stamping
tenant screening
chat system (chat with tenant directly)
automated payment collection (from Tenant's credit card)
rental payment reminders to tenant

From the tenant point of view there are following benefits

One item interesting is the tenant screening features which Speedhome does, it adds more confidence to the landlord by using CTOS/RAM reports..bank statements, some of these documents which the casual landlord normally do not ask for.
