Today's DIY involved replacing the outdoor water filter housing, a common item found in most hardware stores for under RM50. The task was straightforward as I had purchased an identical unit with matching connectors, making it a simple plug-and-play operation.
However, I encountered a minor issue initially when I failed to secure the holder properly, causing it to press the red button on the water filter and resulting in water leakage. I mistakenly thought the water filter was faulty but later realized that the red button served as an emergency release for internal pressure. After repositioning the holder to avoid pressing the button, there were no further leaks.
