Bus will always be the cheapest way out of KLIA2 (low cost terminal). There's other transportation like ERL train, Grab Taxi, Chartered Taxi but price wise it cannot beat taking a bus.
The cheapest way out of KLIA2 at the moment seem to be using the RapidKLAirport Shuttle Service which costs only RM10. The route is from Putra Heights LRT to KLIA2.
The 2nd cheapest way out of KLIA2 would be using bus. The tickets can be purchased at bus counter at KLIA and KLIA2. So far I've tested it from KLIA2. The bus ticket counter at KLIA2 is located at lower ground (1 floor lower than the entrance). The bus ticket from KLIA2 to KL Sentral only costs RM 12.
The seats were wide and well cushioned, it can also recline quite low for taking a good nap. The seats also had foot rest.

In terms of accessories, the seats had net pocket, bag hooks and the best is a USB charging port.
