Petronas Gas PetGAS (6033) virtual AGM 2021 🛢️

Petronas Gas (PetGAS:6033) held their 2021 AGM (Annual General Meeting) virtually today. The AGM could be accessed via their share registrar Tricors. Petronas Gas is the division in Petronas the Malaysian oil giant's gas division. This division deals everything from upstream to downstream business of the gas business from gas extraction to delivery right to the household/industries.

I bought into this share counter previously as they were quite generous in their AGM goodies and the stock was a blue chip counter in Bursa Malaysia.

I didn't have time to digest the details of the AGM as I was busy working. In the past before Covid19 time I took leave to attend these AGM.

All participants get Petronas Setel Pin with RM50 credits for their participation in voting. I believe the majority of participants join the virtual AGM because of this. Petronas Setel is Petronas Dagangan's mobile app that is used to purchase petrol at Petronas petrol stations and it can now be used to buy stuff from Kedai Mesra.
