Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) has come out with landlord insurance. This type of insurance is not something new but was popularized by Speedhome whereby landlords bought insurance for not taking a 2 months deposit.
For now, not much details into the landlord insurance implementation except that MIEA is partnering with Howden insurance brokers to come out with this scheme.
