Farm Fresh Milk IPO - a Khazanah National backed asset 🥛🐄

Despite the Covid19 situation, the IPO scene in Malaysia has seen many big name companies going on Bursa Malaysia. So far, we have MrDIY, CTOS, IGB Commercial REIT. The's near future big name companies getting IPO are rumored to be TeaLife, SenHeng

And now, one of the most visible product brands heading for IPO is FarmFresh. It's back up Malaysia wealth fund Khazanah Nasional which holds 30% of the company. This could be possible the hottest IPO stock to buy this year after MrDIY.

IPO price has not been announced yet. Based on prospectus, upon listing, Farm Fresh will be trading at a 55x PE (price earning) price valuation. This valuation should be similar to Dutch Lady Malaysia's valuation.

I can't comment on its premium pricing as rich valuation is the norm nowadays as there's too much cash in the markets. However, the company's products are solid and a staple in most Malaysia's diet. The company has farms across Malaysia and 1 in Australia, the company intends to use the funds raised in IPO to further add more farms in Malaysia.

The company has a kind of direct selling deal deals where anyone can apply to become a milk dealer for farm fresh and members of the public can purchase milk from dealers, I believe this is one of the reasons for growth in farm fresh.

I have a gut feel the company is quite well managed and has a lot of passion in perfecting this industry in Malaysia. I will apply for the company's IPO when announced.

Personally, I like their low fat milk, it's not too creamy like other brands and the taste is milder (my preference). I've tried Farm Fresh's signature banana milk but find it a wee bit too sweet for my palate, it tastes like their kurma milk (aka dates milk), however I believe the general Malaysia population like it this sweet. I notice their milk is always located at the bottom shelves in supermarkets, while other foreign brand milk occupies the middle and top shelves.
