JPN Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara MyTemujanji after lockdown MCO

Recently I had to go to JPN to handle some personal matters. JPN is the department handling MyKad, Passports and Wedding/Divorce/Death registrations. During MCO (Movement Control Order) time, walk ins to JPN (Nasional Registration Department) were not allowed. Only appointments via MyJanjiTemu would only be allowed.

Now MCO is over and the country is going into recovery phase, walk ins to JPN should be allowed. The reality is walk-ins are allowed but those with MyJanjiTemu would get priority 1st.  Putrajaya JPN allowed walk ins but those with MyJanjiTemu were allowed to be serviced 1st while Shah Alam JPN only allowed walk ins after 12PM.
