Thailand is also not spared from the global post Covid19 inflation phenomenon. Pork prices have risen 30% (wow) and now some people in Thailand are switching to crocodile meat. Prolonged low interest rates causes inflation.
While I've yet to try crocodile meat, I heard the textures of crocodile meat is like lean chicken breast meat. Crocodile meat is said to be high in protein and low in fat.
In Thailand, they even have delivery for crocodile meat.
