Beware of unbelievable 2nd hand import cars selling at rock bottom prices in Facebook. Most of these are just plain scams.
There's a couple of variations :
1. The seller delivers the car but turns out the car was a stolen car a few days ago.
2. The seller disappears after deposit is paid into a mule account.
There's already so many platforms like Carsome/MotorTrader/Mudah to sell used cars so putting paid ads on Facebook is a big red flag. The 2nd possible red flag of these scams are the cars are all luxury cars but selling at Proton and Perodua car prices.
