The Petronas Setel app is becoming more like an ewallet nowadays. We now can see the Petronas Setel App's QR code participating merchant stores. Initially Petronas Setel can use to purchase stuff from Petronas Kedai Mesra but now it has since expanded much further.
Big brands like Subway, Tealife, Brothers are all onboard already.
Setel also come out with a feature to transfer Setel credits (in RM) to different Setel users (Setel Share).
As such Setel is no longer just a petrol pumping app anymore.
