I just discovered something (productivity tip) in the Speedhome page. At times, it can get really overwhelming when there are so many chats going on with prospective tenants and SpeedHome team.
In the Speedhome chat, there is an option to prioritize a chat by using the "PIN CHAT" feature to pin chats. The pinned chat will be "pinned" to the top of the chats always so that any development in the conversations (group of chats) will be easily visible. I use this feature for chats whereby the rental negotiations are going into the advance stages (eg tenant background checking by Speedhome).
