If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
No way you can get something without working for it. This is definitely a phishing scam. The scam above works by suddenly informing victims via social media chats (telegram, whatsapp, Facebook messenger) that they have won some product, usually it is an iPhone and then the victim will ask further. The scammer then informs the victim that in order to claim the reward/prize, the victim will have to bank in a "processing" fee to the scammer's mule account. Once the "processing" fee is paid, the scam is done and the scammer will disappear.
This scam works best on new users to the internet especially those which lack education and the elderly.
