The tech behind the 360 virtual viewings seems like the same one that property developers in Malaysia used to showcase property recently during the covid19 pandemic. The company behind the tech is matterport.
What Speedhome is trying to achieve is to reduce physical viewings and give prospects tenants the ability to view the unit virtually. This saves all time for all 3 parties involved in the tenancy transaction, the landlord, tenant and Speedhome.

Basically the 360 view enables you to use the mouse to turn your view 360 around the property unit. However, moving around the unit requires clicking on the transparent white circles tagged on the floor.

Making 360 videos nowadays is very easy with a special 360 video camera. You can use handphone to do also but it requires scanning the area a few times to generate the 3D isometric view of the area. the complicated part of the 360 video is to host it on a website and tag the areas.
Note : Dec 2022 Speedhome has discontinued 360 viewing already. What I learnt is the licensing to matter port was a cost factor and using videos to replace 360 viewing is as effective.
