My friend advertised his golf membership on Mudah.com. Some random scammer saw it and just messaged back to say he is ok with the selling price and condition of the item...without checking that my friend is selling his golf membership, it's not something tangible that can be felt and held on.
The other red flag is the scammer ask to let his courier shipping company pick up item. Most likely how the scam goes is the scammer will one day say that his courier shipping company require him to pay extra expenses (eg tax, gst) and scammer will say that he is overseas and will ask my friend to pay. Once payment is done the scammer's job is complete.
Mudah.com is rife with a lot of low life scammers so it's very important to be vigilant on this. The scammers like to prey on items in the others category, car category and house rental category.
