Hektar REIT's jewel is Subang Parade @ Subang Jaya

Hektar REIT gave investors RM50 Parkson shopping voucher and RM10 McDonald's food voucher.

The main property inside Hektar REIT is Subang Parade. I went to Subang Parade last week to collect the AGM 2022 vouchers. Collection of the vouchers were done at the information counter.

I'm neutral about the mall for now, some areas are still sparse but the food and beverage area was teeming with people and activities on a weekend.

The big name retailers like Parkson, Celebrity Fitness, MrDIY and Village Grocer remain the big anchor tenants at Subang Parade.
