Teladan is a well-known property developer based in Malaysia. Fomerly Teladan Setia Group Berhad, now more commonly known as Teladan, is involved in the development of residential, commercial, and industrial properties primarily in the state of Melaka.
Some of their projects include Taman Desa Bertam Phase 4, Taman Impiana Kesang, Atlantis Residences, The Residences @ Bukit Beruang, Teladan Mutiara. In the financial year ended 31 December 2022, they reported a net profit of RM44.6 million, which was an increase of 33.9% from the previous year. Their revenue also grew by 86.6% to RM75.6 million.
In Teladan's 2023 AGM, shareholders were given a 10,000 Pineng εΉ³θ½ Powerbank.

One of the notable high profile properties that Teladan has completed and in the process of key handover is their Bali Residences project at Kota Shahbandar Melaka. A lot of investors bought this unit specifically to do AirBnb and home sharing.
