MISC Berhad, formerly known as the Malaysian International Shipping Corporation Berhad, is a prominent Malaysian maritime company involved in various shipping and logistics services. Petronas owns a significant majority stake in MISC Berhad. As of recent reports, Petronas holds approximately 62.67% of MISC's shares, making it the controlling shareholder.
