Its retail segment is anchored by Suria KLCC, one of Malaysia’s most prestigious shopping malls, while the hospitality segment is represented by the luxurious Mandarin Oriental Hotel. These properties reflect KLCCP REIT's focus on prime real estate in strategic locations, delivering stable rental income and long-term growth potential for investors.
At the 2024 AGM, investors received a RM150 gift voucher for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel KLCC, a luxury 5-star hotel located in the heart of the city, adjacent to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and overlooking the lush KLCC Park. Last I checked, the room rate per night starts at RM800. This property is also part of the key property asset in KLCCP REIT.
I decided to use the AGM voucher for their breakfast buffet at Mosaic @ Mandarin Oriental KLCC, which runs from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM (4 hours). The buffet costs RM98 for 1 adult seat. Mosaic's interior is sophisticated, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the KLCC Park, creating a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere.
