When you mention Heng Yuan Refining (HRC), nobody know what is this stock about, actually it's the former Royal Dutch Shell Refining company Malaysia operations. Apparently Shell Refining sold the company off to Heng Yuan International, a China based company from Shandong. The parent company of this company is ShanDong HengYuan Petrochemicals Group. Basically company business is refining crude oil. Long time ago I bought this share but sold it off already, this time my colleague will be attending the AGM so will get more info on this.
