At the moment, if you proxy someone to attend AGM, you still need to submit the physical form to the share registrar's offices.
Tricor is one of the better known share registrars. Their offices is at The Vertical, Bangsar South. To make submission of share proxy registration forms easier, they have put a collection box at the ground floor of the building at the lobby area. No need to go up to their offices to submit the form.
