We Deliver More, Than Just Mail
Pos Malaysia Berhad is the national postal service provider of Malaysia, offering a wide range of services including mail and parcel delivery, express courier, logistics, retail, and financial services. It operates post offices nationwide and supports both domestic and international deliveries. Pos Malaysia is government linked company and is a member of DRB Hicom group.
At the recent Pos Malaysia Berhad Annual General Meeting (AGM), attendees received a doorgift that reflects the company's evolving customer-centric approach. The gift included a RM20 Pos Malaysia shop voucher, which can be used to purchase items from the official Pos Malaysia online store, encouraging shareholders to explore their digital retail offerings. Complementing the voucher were light refreshments including a buttery croissant bun and a Drinkho peach-flavored packet drink.
Pos Malaysia Berhad is currently not profitable, reporting a net loss of RM202.7 million in 2024, worsening from the previous year. Despite a slight 2% revenue increase in early 2025, losses continued due to declining postal and logistics volumes. I'm cautiously optimistic that the former DHL CEO can turn Pos Malaysia around.
Here's what's for sale at Pos Malaysia's online shop. Pos Malaysia’s shop sells commemorative stamps, first day covers, and prepaid mailing supplies. It also offers lifestyle products like stationery and exclusive gifts. These products help diversify its services beyond traditional postal delivery.
