[for techies] How to change the Microsoft Edge Chromium default search engine from Microsoft Bing to Google Search
I've been testing using Microsoft Edge Chromium browser which comes installed with Windows 10 and and found it to be quite fast and smooth, maybe even faster and smoother than Google Chrome.
I just have one complaint which was the Microsoft Edge Chromium browser puts its default search engine as Microsoft Bing. Somehow Microsoft Bing search engine still isn't on par with Google Search. Until Bing improves its search relevance I will stick to Google Search.
Here's the method/way to change the Microsoft Edge Chromium browser's search to Google Chrome.
This is the fastest way to access the search engine settings, no need to fiddle and search from the settings. Type this in the address bar in Microsoft Edge Chromium :
From there you will be brought to the search engine settings, at the drop down just select Google and your search engine on Microsoft Edge Chromium will be Google Search.
