CIMB Vietnam has partnered with Finhay, a robo advisor in Vietnam to put their CIMB app into the Finhay app thereby calling this feature embedded finance.
Within the Finhay app, there will be CIMB icons for banking. After registering users will get a CIMB Finhay joint branded Visa debit card (thαΊ» debit). Finhay users basically can open a CIMB account from Finhay app itself without visiting the bank branch.
I hope there will be this kind of collaboration in Malaysia between a robo advisor company and a traditional bank to come out with embedded banking app here in Malaysia.
