Right after the popular MAE Taptastic game, Maybank's latest game for 2022 CNY (Chinese New Year) is a collaboration with Pepsico Malaysia.
Technically this is not a game but a cashback program to get people to test out Maybank QRcode.
Basically just go to any retail outlets listed below (Hero Hypermarket, Aeon big, AEON, Econsave...) and buy a carton of drinks containing Pepsi, 7-Up or Kickapoo.
There's a QRcode inside the carton, scan the QRcode with Maybank MAE QRscanner (The middle button inside MAE app) then pay RM0.01 and you will get cashbacks more than RM0.10.
This is the amount of cashback I got for my 1st try. It's not a lot but it was fun.
Try it once will do as the 2nd time I try to scan and pay I wasted 1 cents. Also, do be extra careful to only transfer 1 cents, you might accidentally send RM1, RM100 via Maybank MAE scan and pay.
