Setel, the Petronas app is becoming like a super app now after adding in a new feature called Setel Express. Setel is a subsidiary under Petronas Dagangan (Petronas Retail arm). This app was initially created for ordering fuel at petrol stations from a mobile phone app.
Setel Express was previously known as Logistika which only did business to business delivery. Now Setel Express is the rebranded Logistica and caters to end consumers now.
Below is how the Setel Express delivery personnel will look like :
Setel Express package tracking can be seen on the "Jejak bungkusan" button.
Price starts from as low as RM5 per package and covers the whole of Malaysia (currently peninsular only).
This feature (SetelExpress) is still very new so SetelExpress is on recruitment drive to recruit delivery riders/drivers. Setel Express drop off points are available at pilot Petronas petrol stations 1st before being available nationwide. The Petronas stations that have Setel Express are :

As for me right now, I'm using LalaMove and Grab Delivery to send my parcels and documents. Setel Express will be another option that I will be considering in the future. I'm using these delivery services for :
1. Deliver keys and tenancy agreements to tenants.
2. Deliver some of things I'm selling on Carousell marketplace.
3. Deliver things from workplace to another site.
