Serba Dinamik will be giving Touch N Go cash (RM30) for their 2022 AGM participants. Some of the friends I know bought the stock just for AGM right at the bottom of Serba Dinamik's stock price crash when it was listed as a PN17 company.
Not sure how Serba Dinamik is going to get out of its current situation but this stock was one of fund manager's darling stocks. This company was previously the darling stock of many funds but has since fallen from grace.
