Capitastar app is an app by Capital Mall which is used as their loyalty program app.

They use a reward point system called STAR$. STAR$ points can be used to exchange for eDeals, rebates, rewards, exclusive merchandise and more via the CapitaStar App. These rebates also includes parking fee exemptions.

From a very simplistic level, STAR$ points are earned for purchases above RM30 at any Capital Mall malls. The receipts are to be kept and scanned into the CapitaStar app to get the STAR$ points.

Many do not know there are many Capital Malls in Malaysia, each having their brand name so it sometimes is not so obvious. Sungai Wang 金河广场 is one of the big malls under Capital Malls.

For those investors who want to invest in a piece of Capital Malls they can purchase CMMT , Capital Land Malaysia Mall Trust, a REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) listed on Bursa Malaysia with code 5180. The stock price was affected alot by Covid but it should be recovering now since everything's almost back to pre-pandemic levels, the stock price should rebound back a bit.
