Top load Washing machine inlet water flows in and directly goes out without filling up the tub 📠 - stuck object - what plumbers don't want you to know

I had this washing machine (top load) problem, the water entered the washing machine but is straightaway flushed out to the outlet pipe. This means the washing machine tub cannot fill up at all.

I've fixed this problem in the past and this issue usually is quite easy to fix, it's basically some object stuck (usually is some metal or plastic bits) at one of the outlet valves connecting to the washing machine drum.


I opened up the back of the washing machine and removed the outlet valve and found a shiny coin stuck there. I removed the coin and reattach back the outlet valve and close back the back cover of the washing machine.

Problem resolved and this issue the washing machine repair guy will not tell you and will charge at least RM200 to fix it.
