CapitaLand Malls Malaysia (CLMT), a part of the CapitaLand Group, is a real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. It owns 6 shopping malls and 1 logistics factory across three key urban centres in Malaysia. The company aims to invest in income-producing real estate assets used primarily for retail, commercial, office, and industrial purposes. It is managed by CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of CapitaLand Investment Limited Singapore.

For the 2024 company AGM, CLMT gave shareholders who attended their virtual AGM RM50 Watsons shopping voucher which can be redeemed at Watsons outlet at Capitaland Malls.

I was looking through their annual report and found that Watsons was listed as one of their largest tenants. I'm surprised MrDIY is not on the list.



Interestingly the malls in Penang are the ones bringing in the most revenue than the malls in Kuala Lumpur. Sungai Wang Plaza is only at number 5.


CLMT offers a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), which utilizes company dividends to acquire additional CLMT units, effectively increasing shareholders' holdings in CLMT REIT.
