Public Bank implements this Challenge Response when a first-time or unusual transaction pattern is detected.
Previously, I did not take Challenge Response questions seriously and did not remember my answers, which caused delays in transferring money. I called Public Bank's main support line at 03-21708000, but they could not assist. Instead, I needed the Cyber Fraud Case Management team, reachable at 03-21773555.
After a few call attempts, I successfully contacted the Public Bank Cyber Fraud Security (Case Management) team, who assisted in resetting my Challenge Response questions.
