SBCCorp (5207) AGM 2024 Door Gift 🏘️🏠 - The Property Developer from East Malaysia

SBCCorp started in Malaysia by Sia brothers (hence the name) as a small construction firm before expanding into property development. Over the years, its portfolio has grown significantly, and it has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality real estate projects in major urban areas, including Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu. It is now publicly listed on Bursa Malaysia, further solidifying its position in the real estate market​.

The prominent projects under SBC Corp are :

🟢 PJX-HM Shah Tower in Petaling Jaya, Selangor: A high-rise office tower, known as one of the tallest in Petaling Jaya. (EPF HQ)

This 2024 AGM, SBCCorp held a physical AGM at PJX-HM Shah Tower, the company's headquarters. Investors were treated to breakfast lunch buffet at the venue. 

Alas, no door gifts were given. Most of the participants were retirees as the event was held on a working weekday and it was also a physical AGM.

The company is a profit making company making around RM4 million in after tax profits and gives regular dividends to shareholders.
