Innovating the Palm Oil Industry, One Mill at a Time
CB Industrial Product Holding Berhad (CBIP) held its 2025 Annual General Meeting at the Zamrud Room in The Saujana Hotel. The event brought together shareholders and management for updates on the company’s performance and future plans.
CBIP is best known for its expertise in the palm oil industry. It designs and builds palm oil mills, supplies key engineering equipment, and provides maintenance and support services. The company also runs a palm oil refinery and assembles special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for industrial and plantation use. With strong operations in Malaysia and Indonesia, CBIP plays an important role in supporting efficient palm oil production. Think of CBIP as the one selling the picks and shovels, while palm oil companies are the ones mining for gold cultivating and harvesting the palm oil.

To thank shareholders, CBIP, AGM attendees received a RM20 AEON voucher, a RM10 AEON voucher, and a neatly packed lunch box with fried rice, traditional cakes, and a fresh apple. It was a simple but appreciated gesture that added a warm and personal touch to the meeting.
