CelcomDigi is a Malaysian telecommunications company formed from the merger of Celcom and Digi, two of the country’s leading mobile service providers. It offers a wide range of services including mobile voice, data, internet, and digital solutions to consumers, businesses, and government sectors.
CelcomDigi Bhd recorded a net profit of RM388 million for the first quarter ended 31 March 2025, a 4.6 percent increase compared to the same quarter in 2024. Its revenue for the quarter also rose by 1.2 percent to RM3.209 billion. The telecommunications company also declared a first interim dividend of 3.7 sen per share, in line with its sustainable dividend commitment to shareholders. CelcomDigi Chief Executive Officer Datuk Idham Nawawi said the company is pleased to report a strong start to 2025, with first-quarter performance showing encouraging growth.
The company held its 2025 Annual General Meeting at Connexion Bangsar South, where attendees were provided with breakfast and a lunch box.
