Binastra Corporation Berhad is a Malaysian construction company with roots dating back to 1980. The company’s core business includes construction and development projects, with a focus on residential and commercial buildings. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd, handles all construction activities. Binastra has secured major contracts worth hundreds of millions of ringgit for projects such as affordable housing, data centres, and suites apartments in Malaysia.
Binastra Corporation Berhad held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Mercure Kuala Lumpur hotel. Attendees were treated to a lunch buffet but no doorgifts were given. The meeting’s main purpose was to discuss the company’s performance, recent developments, and future plans with shareholders and stakeholders.
Binastra’s projects include residential, commercial, and industrial developments across Malaysia. Key projects are Trion @ KL, a 66-storey mixed-use building with serviced residences and a Mercure hotel, and The Asteriaz @ Kebun Teh in Johor Bahru, a high rise serviced apartment near major transport hubs. The company also works on affordable housing, data centres, and industrial parks like Binastra Business Park in Puchong and Cheras.
Binastra’s subsidiary won a RM268 million contract from TNJ Development to build the fully sold 45-storey Tuan Heritag3 in Segambut, with construction from August 2025 to December 2027. This brings Binastra’s 2025 contract wins to RM976.9 million and its order book to RM4.3 billion.
