Air Selangor 2.0 is the upgraded mobile app and website for managing water services in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and Putrajaya. It requires all users to re register for improved security and data accuracy, as old credentials are not carried over. The app introduces useful features such as tracking daily water usage with the new LCD (Litres per Capita per Day) metric, reporting leaks, meter faults, or illegal connections in real time, viewing and paying bills, receiving alerts on water disruptions, and accessing a virtual assistant called Joy for customer support. While it offers better functionality, the rollout has faced criticism over usability issues, account migration problems, and device compatibility challenges.

Air Selangor’s referral system 2.0 allows existing users to share a unique referral code 👉 JXL4728 👈 with others to encourage them to register for the service. New users use the referral code when signing up for an Air Selangor account (or in some campaigns, downloading/registering through its 2.0 app). In return, both the referrer and the new user may receive benefits or rewards once certain conditions are met.
