SHL Consolidated Bhd is a Malaysia-based investment holding company with a long history starting as a traditional commodities business in the 1940s. Over time, SHL shifted its focus to property development in the 1960s and has grown into a well-known company specializing in integrated commercial and residential property development. Its original core business is property development, and it has developed thousands of homes over the decades. The company recently reported a decline in revenue and net income for the 2025 financial year but still managed to declare a final dividend.
The company operates through several main sectors including property development, construction, manufacturing of clay bricks, quarrying of granite, building infrastructure works, rental of machinery and properties, and financial services. One of SHL’s landmark projects is Sungai Long Residence, an integrated residential development featuring freehold properties with elegant facing bricks, water features, and landscaped surroundings next to a golf club. This project showcases SHL’s signature focus on quality building, well planned infrastructure, and environmental friendly landscaping.
The SHL Consolidated 2025 AGM was held on September 18, 2025, at the Double Tree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur in The Intermark Mall, 348 Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur. Shareholders were treated to a lunch buffet.
