Rivertree STF Synergies Berhad (RSSB) is a Malaysia-based public listed company on Bursa Malaysia. It was formerly known as Sinmah Capital Berhad before completing its rebranding in early 2026. The group operates mainly in property development, construction, and related services such as project management and general contracting.
The company’s main business activities include residential and commercial property development, building construction, property management, and expansion into labour quarters infrastructure projects. Through its subsidiaries such as RSSB Builders Sdn. Bhd., it also takes on construction contracts, including earthworks and building works for worker accommodation facilities. These projects form part of its recent diversification into centralised labour quarters development.
In recent months, RSSB has been active in corporate restructuring and expansion. The company completed its name change from Sinmah Capital Berhad to Rivertree STF Synergies Berhad in February 2026. It also announced new strategic collaborations in labour quarters development with an estimated project value of RM600 million, alongside smaller construction contracts under its subsidiaries.
The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held at Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Shareholders attending the AGM received RM12 cash as travel reimbursement and a lunch buffet.
